Good for summer holidays. Stylish property with amiable staff and marvellous location to get into the major tourist areas. Compact comfort double room, exceptionally comfortable beds. Good food and hot drinks.

Quality interior, good location for university quarter, balcony with view (only on top floor), free wifi in the room (contrary to hotel description).
Breakfast was simply too expensive (for €14 I did not take it), and the room was very small (even for one!). The hotel does not offer the usual services such as safe-box, laundry, minibar. The dark leather walls on the corridors.

Incredibly friendly and excellent staff from the guys at the desk to the housekeepers and the facilities provided were great! The room was modern and had an electric kettle and a refrigerator. We loved exceptionally comfortable beds.

Nice stay with friendly vibe
Had a cozy room with decent amenities. The staff are super helpful, always ready to give tips. Location's a win, close to the metro and some cute cafes nearby. Just a bit noisy at night, but it didn't really ruin anything. Enjoyed breakfast in the little lounge area too. Nice touch!

Hotel was just renovated prior to our arrival, so it was superb and not overly busy yet. Our room (triple) was beautiful, totally modernized, with a very modern bathroom abd fabulous shower. We had windows on one side of the building and a terrace on the other side (6th floor) with wonderful views of the city! Hotel had a lift/elevator so no need to carry bags up stairs. The ground floor had comfortable & modern seating areas, and a lovely & spacious breakfast room. Our plan didn't include breakfast so can't comment, but we did get coffees and drinks from the bar several times. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly (and thankfully spoke good english). Neighborhood was a fantastic expereince in real-life-Paris, versus typical touristy areas. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Would absolutely stay here again!
A little bit of a walk from the Corvisart Metro Station (approx 600m) with some hilly streets. However, if we had been travelling lighter than we actually were, it wouldn't have been bad. Plus, the renovation was just wrapping up on floors 1-3, so there was dust and workmen around. However, short term pain!

This was my second stay at this hotel. The staff are charming and helpful. This time I had a large ground-floor room facing the inner courtyard garden, which was very nice.
Customers must be aware that the walls are pretty thin; when the phone rings next door you can hear it ringing as if in your own room, and also the conversations of the occupants.

Walking distance to my conference location.
Carpet was stained in many places and room and corridors smelled of smoke.

Relatively cheap hotel in Paris. Air-conditioner is installed in each room.
The location is not good; you have to climb a long steep slope to get the place from the metro station. Wi-Fi was not available in my room although it should be so in all areas in the place. The room and corridor are not wide even for a single guest.

The hotel was fairly clean and wonderful relaxing, had excellent staff and compact rooms. I loved the room with a view.

The central location provided easy access to the metro and local restaurants. The staff was consistently helpful, and the shower was a delight after long days. The rooms were quite small and lacked privacy in the bathroom, which detracted from comfort. The breakfast, though good in quality, was repetitive .

The lobby, breakfast area are all fully refurbished. The host and staff were very accommodating. The location was fairly excellent, though it is advised that people use Corvisant as the main Metro station rather than Place d Italie. Good access to the Sunday Market and lots of good eateries right at the doorstep.
The rooms were a bit dated, though the bathroom was excellent.

Very good value.. Nice rooms -- clean and modern.
- wifi did not work in the rooms. Location is a little off [although this has some advantage Breakfast was a little expensive [and I might add the buffet was not clean. I saw a nig fly and that cut my appetite - I would not recommend having breakfast here.]
